Frequently asked questions
Can I choose the day and time?
Yes. Pick the day and the time window when you book. You see one price before you pay.
Can I tell my helper what to do or where to start?
Yes. Add a note for your professional when you book. Your professional sees it once they accept the job, and you can change it until they are on the way.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, from My bookings. A visit cancelled close to its time can carry a fee; the cancel page shows it before you confirm.
Does it include the party utensils?
Yes: the utensils from the celebration for a household of this size, washed and arranged on the drying rack. For a much bigger load, book Festive hosting help or Help by the hour as well.
