Frequently asked questions
Can I make this repeat automatically?
Yes. Tap "Make it regular", pick the days you want (for example Monday to Saturday, or just one day a week) and when to start. You can pay for the month, or pay each visit from your wallet as it is booked.
Is this a deep clean?
No. It is a regular clean of the toilet, basin, floor and tiles, on the days you choose. For descaling or a machine scrub, see the bathroom cleaning services under Cleaning.
Can I skip visits when I am away?
Yes. On a plan where you pay each visit, use "Skip visits" on your plans page to skip up to 30 days at no charge. On a plan you pay for the month, use "Time away" on your plans page: the visits booked in those days are moved to the next dates bookings can be made for, and nothing is charged or refunded.
Will the same person come every time?
On a repeat plan we try to keep your regular professional for every visit. If they cannot take a visit, we automatically look for another professional for that visit.
How is this different from the "Bathroom wipe" add-on?
The add-on wipes the floor and basin during a sweeping visit. Bathroom care is its own visit, and also does the toilet, tiles, mirror and drain.
