A cook comes once and prepares lunch and dinner for the number of people you choose, leaving dinner ready to serve. People means the residents who eat at home regularly; guests are an add-on. Priced below booking the two meals separately. For 7 to 8 people.
What's included
- Cooking up to four items for lunch and up to four for dinner (for example roti or rice, dal, one sabzi, salad or raita)
- Quantity for the selected number of people, both meals in one visit
What's not included
- A fifth or special dish (add on "Extra dish")
- Groceries - you supply the ingredients; Glavyx never handles grocery money
- Utensil washing (book it as a separate plan)
- Guests beyond the selected number of people (add on "Extra person")
- A second visit later in the day (book Dinner cooking instead)

How is the number of people counted?
The residents who eat at home regularly. For guests, add "Extra person" and set the quantity.
Can I make this repeat automatically?
Yes. Tap "Make it regular", pick the days you want (for example Monday to Saturday, or just one day a week) and when to start. You can pay for the month, or pay each visit from your wallet as it is booked.
What counts as a standard meal?
Up to four items for lunch or dinner (for example roti or rice, dal, one sabzi, salad or raita) and up to three for breakfast. A fifth dish is available as the "Extra dish" add-on.
Who buys the groceries?
You do. The cook uses the ingredients you keep at home. Glavyx never handles grocery money.
Will the same person come every time?
On a repeat plan we try to keep your regular professional for every visit. If they cannot take a visit, we automatically look for another professional for that visit.
Can I skip visits when I am away?
Yes. On a plan where you pay each visit, use "Skip visits" on your plans page to skip up to 30 days at no charge. On a plan you pay for the month, use "Time away" on your plans page: the visits booked in those days are moved to the next dates bookings can be made for, and nothing is charged or refunded.
Does the cook come twice?
No. The cook comes once, cooks lunch and dinner for the number of people you chose, and leaves dinner ready to serve. If you want dinner cooked fresh in the evening, book Dinner cooking as its own visit instead.
