Frequently asked questions
Can I tell my helper what to do or where to start?
Yes. Add a note for your professional when you book. Your professional sees it once they accept the job, and you can change it until they are on the way.
Can I choose the day and time?
Yes. Pick the day and the time window when you book. You see one price before you pay.
Do you make the rangoli?
No. Your helper washes and scrubs the floor so it is ready; the rangoli is for your family or an artist.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, from My bookings. A visit cancelled close to its time can carry a fee; the cancel page shows it before you confirm.
