Frequently asked questions
Can I tell my helper what to do or where to start?
Yes. Add a note for your professional when you book. Your professional sees it once they accept the job, and you can change it until they are on the way.
Can I choose the day and time?
Yes. Pick the day and the time window when you book. You see one price before you pay.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, from My bookings. A visit cancelled close to its time can carry a fee; the cancel page shows it before you confirm.
Do I need to empty the cabinets?
No. Your helper lifts things out, wipes the shelves and puts everything back in place. Tell your helper in the note about anything breakable or precious you would rather handle yourself.
