Frequently asked questions

Do I need to keep polish ready?

Yes. Keep the polish or cleaner you normally use for brass, copper or silver ready, and tell your helper in the note about any antique, plated or delicate piece.

Will my helper touch the idols?

No. Idols, photographs and other sacred items stay with your family; your helper cleans the shelves, platform and floor around them.

What counts as a piece?

Each lamp, diya, bell, thali, kalash or other puja utensil counts as one piece. Choose the size that covers everything you want polished.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes, from My bookings. A visit cancelled close to its time can carry a fee; the cancel page shows it before you confirm.

Can I choose the day and time?

Yes. Pick the day and the time window when you book. You see one price before you pay.

Can I tell my helper what to do or where to start?

Yes. Add a note for your professional when you book. Your professional sees it once they accept the job, and you can change it until they are on the way.
